Nelson Mullins Utilizes Courtroom Insight for Knowledge Management

Nelson Mullins, a national law firm with over 500 attorneys, has implemented Courtroom Insight as its legal knowledge management system.

John Kuppens, Litigation Partner at Nelson Mullins, explains, “Our firm’s lawyers regularly use expert witnesses during the course of litigation. We appreciate having this new resource to organize and manage the firm’s experiences and related content. I’ve never seen such a comprehensive expert witness tool before.”

“We worked closely with Courtroom Insight to customize and pre-populate our installation prior to rollout,” said Monica Wilson, Manager of Library and Information Resources. “The early collaboration led to a very successful implementation.“ The addition of the Courtroom Insight platform allows Nelson Mullins’ attorneys to obtain critical information about expert witnesses prior to the start of litigation. This knowledge includes both internal research and documents as well as Courtroom Insight sourced material such as biographies, challenge data and expert testimonial histories, providing attorneys with a powerful resource.
