Docket Alarm, a product that provides litigation alerts and case-prediction analytics, and Courtroom Insight, a the leading legal knowledge management platform, announced a collaboration. Previously, the two partnered in 2018 to add the CI’s data to DA’s owning research platform. In sum, the integration connects over 500 million federal and state litigation dockets and documents to expert witness and judicial profiles. Consequently, the integration will enhance legal research outcomes by improving lawyers’ abilities to evaluate legal professionals.
“We are building API bridges within the legal tech community, knowing that the litigation record contains a robust dossier on thousands of expert witnesses,” said Michael Sander, Docket Alarm founder and Fastcase VP of Analytics. “Marrying these data sources ultimately helps law firms make better decisions on expert witnesses.”
“By partnering with a leading state analytics and data provider like Docket Alarm, we are able to increase the value of our system,” he said. “It’s exciting to work with innovative partners that value integrating into the customers’ preferred workflow,” said Mark Torchiana, Courtroom Insight CEO.
