Arbitrator Intelligence & Courtroom Insight Improve Legal Research

Courtroom Insight (CI) now offers Arbitrator Intelligence’s (AI) resources to its customers as part of CI’s legal knowledge management solution. In sum, AI’s collection data on over 3,500 international arbitrators and expert witnesses will be integrated into Courtroom Insight’s Directory of Mediators and Arbitrators. Prior to integration, the Directory contained over 26,000 mediators and arbitrators. This integration puts crucial arbitration data and insights at users’ fingertips across the globe. Moreover, the proprietary AI research reports will be directly available on CI’s platform with a significant discount for AI members.

“Having watched Courtroom Insight [. . .] innovate in response to market demand, we are extremely pleased [. . .] to partner. Courtroom Insight has developed a [. . .] firm-specific platform that streamlines law firm resources [which] save lawyer[s] time and client money. Arbitrator research is most effective when consolidated into the kind of one-stop-shopping that Courtroom Insight provides,” said Catherine Rogers, Founder and CEO of Arbitrator Intelligence.

“International arbitration data is of particular interest to our global law firm clients,” said Mark Torchiana, CEO of Courtroom Insight. “Lawyers demand as much arbitrator and expert witness information as possible to help assess and prepare for these high-stakes matters. Integrating Arbitrator Intelligence research and case data with our clients’ private, internal knowledge massively increases the value and efficiency of our platform.”
