Furthermore, the information is searchable by expert and judge. This information is available via firm subscriptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mark Torchiana, Courtroom Insight CEO, stated, \u201cEffective litigation knowledge management combines in-house information with valuable external content.&#8221; &#8220;The expert witness challenge data supplied by Daubert Tracker offers critical insight into experts and provides an important research tool for our users,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Daubert Tracker monitors, analyzes and catalogs reported and unreported &#8216;gatekeeping&#8217; decisions from federal and state jurisdictions. To elaborate, a &#8216;gatekeeping&#8217; decision is any decision where two factors are present. Specifically, (1) one of numerous authoritative cases and\/or rules of evidence has been cited or mentioned, and (2) a testifying expert&#8217;s methodology or qualifications has been challenged or criticized.
