Courtroom Insight announced a partnership with Expert Witness Profiler (EWP), a leading provider of customized expert witness research. Now, users may order research reports prepared by EWP\u2019s research attorneys who have exclusive access to databases. In fact, some of the databases leveraged by EWP are not available to most law firms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Myles Levin, EWP Principal, stated, \u201cWe appreciate the opportunity to offer our research services directly to attorneys and law firms via Courtroom Insight. This partnership creates a powerful combined expert witness research service.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In sum, there are three different expert witness research reports now available on Courtroom Insight. First, a Preliminary Screening Report: a free assessment providing an overview of an expert\u2019s testimonial history. Second, an Expert Challenge Study: a paid, complete analysis of an expert\u2019s prior history. The history includes instances where the expert was challenged, excluded, critiqued, and\/or endorsed by the court. Lastly, an Expert Witness Profile: a paid service which includes the aforementioned information along with several added insights. Specifically, information on licensing, certifications, educational background, professional background, disciplinary history, associations, memberships, publications, teaching, research, patents, trademarks, news references, blog features, and more. These reports represent the most comprehensive background research on an expert witness available today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
